1) Should I order extra items?
- During the decoration and packaging process items can occasionally be damaged. As is common within our industry Canyon Promotions will be responsible for all damages over 3% per job.
- Please anticipate that 3% of damaged items may not be received or shipped.
- We recommended ordering extra items where you require a definite, exact number of items for an event (For example: 3 extra per 100 items).
- Please inform our CP representative for guidance concerning this.
2) What is meant by 'Screen Print', 'Embroidery', and 'Heat Press'?
