Standard Drop-off

Directions
  • Complete this form prior to dropping-off items with CP. 
  • Email will be sent upon completion of the drop-off form which will indicate a BOX number.
  • If an email with your BOX number is not received, check in junk mail. 
  • Please write the number provided on the box.
  • Be sure to scratch out any existing BOX number.
  • Drop off items to CP with the boxes labeled with the provided box.
  • The CP team will act on approval from a member of the team dropping the items off.

Used for

  • Pre-approved logos from the marketing approved logo sheet.
  • Items when all required information is available to our team without modifications of placement, sizes or custom designs.

Notes

  • The head of your department will receive a periodic report with items checked in and their decoration status.
  • We ask that RUSH ORDERS are specified to our team in person. Ideally as soon as possible and only when needed.
