Giveaway Orders

Please note the following concerning orders with Canyon Promotions.

Your CP representative will provide:

  • Quote expiration date
  • Estimated production ime after proof approval
  • Sales origin

Certain pricing will be subject to change as your order progresses:

  • Shipping - this will be marked as TBD on your quote. Please feel free to request an estimate prior to confirming an order.
  • Tax - No sales tax will be charged on out of state jobs.
  • Quotes prices are subject to change upon receiving art or art changes.
  • Clients will be charged for the products produced up to a 3% increase from approval quote (Please see damaged policy).
  • Clients will be charged for the products produced up to a 10% increase from an approved quote. Vendors typically reserve the right to ship up to 10% more or less of a product and adjust what they bill. Canyon Promotions will pass on these charges to our customer where they occur. In some cases, a vendor will produce a specific amount for a fee.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

  • Canyon Promotions provides custom ordering and decoration services. While we will always strive to do the best we can for our customers. Please note, the customer or client is responsible for cancellation fees, restocking fees and other fees accrued after quote approval.  
  • Canyon Promotions are typically unable to offer exchanges or returns. 

Damages Policy:

  • It is common in our industry during the decoration and packaging process items can occasionally be damaged. Canyon Promotions will be responsible for all damages over 3% per job. As a customer, please anticipate that 3% of damaged items may not be received or shipped.
  • For orders where a definite, exact number is required, please inform our CP representative to allow the suitable ordering of extra items (For example: 3 extra per 100 items).
  • Clients will be charged for the products produced up to a 3% increase from approved quote.
  • For orders shipped incorrectly/damaged, please contact us at info@canyonpromotions.com within 14 calendar days of items being received. A return label will be provided for eligible replacement items. Incorrect products must be returned with 30 calendar days of receiving the return label. One of our team will be in touch to process a new order to correct the issue. 

Payment Policy:

  • For all customers not purchasing through a purchase order, Canyon Promotions will require  50% payment to process a quote (order items). Remaining payment is due prior to shipping/delivery.
