Drop-off form and final approval instructions

PRE-APPROVED ART

Standard Drop-off

Used for:

  • Pre-approved logos from the marketing approved logo sheet.
  • Items when all required information is available to our team without modifications of placement, sizes or custom designs.

Directions:

  • Complete this form prior to dropping-off items with CP. 
  • Email will be sent upon completion of the drop-off form which will indicate a BOX number.
  • If an email with your BOX number is not received, check in junk mail. 
    • Please write the number provided on the box.
    • Be sure to scratch out any existing BOX number.
  • Drop-off items to CP with the boxes labeled with the provided box.
  • The CP team will act on approval from a member of the team dropping the items off.

Notes:

  • The head of your department will receive a periodic report with items checked in and their decoration status.
  • We ask that RUSH ORDERS are specified to our team in-person.
    • Ideally as soon as possible and only when needed.

NEW OR CUSTOM ART

Marketing Assisted Drop-off Orders

Used for:

  • Athletics drop-off orders with custom artwork NOT available on the logo sheet.

Directions:

  • Complete the form prior to dropping-off items with CP by selecting the Custom Art
  • Email will be sent upon completion of the drop-off form which will indicate a BOX number.
  • If an email with your BOX number is not received, check in junk mail. 
  • Please write the number provided on the box.
    • Be sure to scratch out any existing BOX number
  • Please have Marketing team send the full set of art to be put on items (front, back, and sleeve) to avoid confusion.
  • Final approver for Custom Art Drop-off orders will be Christina Wagner.
  • The CP team has been asked not to use half and half instructions.

Notes:

  • Items may still be dropped off with CP before the art is complete as long as they have the correct box number, however, they will be saved in our 'Waiting To Be Checked In' area.
  • CP team needs written approval and sign off on all locations, art and sizes from Christina Wagner.
